The UMass-Amherst MRC hosted a large scale exercise in April 2016 to practice operating an Emergency Dispensing Site (EDS) for a Meningitis B outbreak scenario. Participants had the opportunity to learn about Meningitis B, receive Just-In-Time Trainings, and experience a vaccination clinic both as a victim volunteer and an EDS staff member.
